Q. How do purchase my order on the site?
To order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase.
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.



Q. I forgot my Password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 

Q. How do i know i'm buying authentic items or no?

We do not support the making or selling of counterfeit or fake products. We only stock genuine and authentic items, sourced directly from respective brands / authorized stockist so rest assured the item you receive is 100% genuine. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Q. How long does delivery take?
For Ready Stock, kindly allow 1 Business day for order processing.
*Standard Delivery within Sabah takes 2-4 business days*
*West Malaysia Standard delivery takes 4-7 business days*

Q. How to collect the items for those choose the free self collect?

We will inform the time of collection and customer need to confirm their date of collection too. We have 2 collection place, Penampang & Jesselton Mall.

 *For those who want to collect at Jesselton Mall, we are the one who will give the date & time of collection*

Q. What is Business Day?
A business day means any day except our off day will be inform one day before.

Q. How to tell whether the item is Pre-order or Ready Stock?
(PREORDER) will be indicated on product title for non-ready stock items.

Q. How long does pre-orders take?
Pre-order items will take 3-4 weeks upon payment confirmation.

Q. My order contains ready stock along with pre-order items, why haven't my order been shipped?
If your order contains both pre-order and non-pre order items, the entire order will be shipped when pre-order item becomes available. We are unable to split shipments or ship other items separately. If you would like ready stock to be shipped first, please place two separate orders for these items. For collection, you may collect the ready stock items first, and collect the pre order stock is arrived.

Q. How to track my order?
Tracking number will be shared via email/DM/ WhatsApp after shipment. Please allow some time for tracking status to be reflected in the system. If your order contains pre-order items, tracking number will only be available when stock arrived.
